I don't know about the USA. But here in Canada it's illegal for a establishment to serve a patron to that point of intoxication.

Alcohol rules vary state by state but I think most states assign criminal liability to establishments that serve intoxicated patrons.

I will tell you a funny story ..

Last week I got sucked back on match.com after being single for the last 2 years.

Long story short I put n my profile. " would anyone in town just like to meet up for a drink and shoot the #### ,nothing more nothing less"

I get a hit an hour later I say how about a bar down the road at 5 she says no how about another bar at 7.
Beggars can't be choosers so I say fine see you at 7.

I arrive and she is sat down at the bar with a nearly finished Michelob ultra.

Lightweight beer so we are safe , She is no model but she isn't horrible either and has a great attitude. .
Throughout the night I am slowly drinking good craft beers to her ultras one for one.
Now she is fawning all over me after 4 beers like I am gods gift to women ,which I think I am but the mirror begs to differ.
After 5 beers she is trying to lift her bra and show me her goods ,I tried to shut that down while trying to order her some food to sober her up.
Ended up paying both the bills to save the bar and get her out of there.
Ended up she was there since 5 and had 8 beers before I got there .
I drove her home and dumped her by the front door as she begged me to come in.

Nope I am a gentleman and also not desperate to be aRound that.
But man was I

Pretty n her eyes that night.

At least they got you a Greyhound ride... the array of subjects for firing and hiring is ridiculous here. Mistakes happen, but crap man, I find it hard to believe this is a first time thing. Either way, if you have a pulse, some outfit will hire you. Things are going to harder now job wise.

Funny thing all night and especially when I was driving her home she kept telling me she gives the best thing us men love.
Next day I text her to see how that he'll day at work went and if she got her car ,her answered were short and I wrote it off.

Next day I get another hit on match.com by a nic looking girl and we text back in forth for a few hours and I reluctantly agree to go for a drink but think she sounds pretty normal and she assured me she did not drink to be out of control.

So we meet up at 5 at a swanky bar here in Naples.

Well on the way to meet this women the drunk one from the night before texts that she is really sorry and she wants to make it up to me.
I almost kiddingly called the second one to tell her I was meeting up with the 1st one ,since she new the story because told her of it.

Well 15 minutes into this date I realize this women is borderline Nutz.

By the second drink I am planning exit strategy, go to the bathroom flip the card to the bartender when she is not looking and haul zzz.
To bad she was a pretty women but Insane
Ended up bumping into a old female friend from years ago later on that night and ended up making the water in the hot tub dirty.

 

LOL, I expect nothing less from my peers.
