I agree with Bonnie, start at attempted murder, FOR ALL OF THEM! This is not the first time this stupidity has been done and it should be time to set some examples! These punks were old enough to know better, let them spend ten years in the Stillwater prison and see how fun they think that boredom is! No plea bargaining!

    "POSSIBLE Charges"?!

I wonder what would convince the Martin County attorneys that charges are warranted?

    Good Grief!:biggrin_2556:

    POSSIBLE Charges.
    Imagine that.

I say they should start with reckless endangerment. That particular felony alone should put them away for 5 years.

    But,
    But,.................
    They're only children!

Shouldn't we allow them to grow-up (and possibly kill someone) before we go throwin' the book at 'em?
After all, they're just havin' fun, playin' a (deadly) game.

Sending them to prison won't necessarily cause them to "grow-up", but there's a good chance ol' Sancho will have them bending over in short order.
