Arrow truck sales

New york area so Newark arrow trucks and i have a 680 score and putting $25k down.

 

Thats about what my credit score is. Im around 693-701. What was the minimum they required for you to put down tho?

 

about $4k if they are asking $10k that's ridiculous unless they are offering you the lowest interest rate.

 

Why not go to select trucks they are matching down payments up to $6k. So put $3k down and they'll match it. I dont know how long that would last. But those trucks look in better shape

 

arrow had a deal going 5 years ago... they would match up to $5K
so I was going to put down $5K plus the match would be $10K down on a $39K truck
they told me I needed to put $10K plus the match..... $15K down on a $39K truck....???
we walked out......my credit score at the time was 763...!!
went to lone mountain and put $3,500 down $1,100 a month and got the same spec truck from them....
(as in) from the same fleet.... same make, same model, same spec with 75K loss miles

 

I walked out on them on the first deal they had so many fees and a huge interest rate. Went back after a few weeks when they weren't selling as many trucks as they wanted. Got the same truck for $8k less plus 48k miles less. And no crap fees trying to sell me gap insurance with a $25k down payment. Its a jungle out there i always rather walk from a deal if i get the slightest hint i am being messed with.

 

I'm another arrow victim.My truck only ran two weeks before. Need an total overhaul so called warranty dept. Do not answer calls.Trucks has been sitting at shop for a month.Buyer beware

 

Every state has a dealer complaint form.If a company receives enough complaints the state.Will pull their license this will help weed out shady dealers. I have attached one for the state of texas.I hope this help someone arrow has done a shady deal with.
