crusinHwyPilot Thanks this. -
Hey Pilot..... How's it going? Terrific looking rig there too. Is that your new trailer? Any plans to be coming up this way?

Yep, this is the wagon I've been draggin' lately. I've thought about switching it out though, seems to be costing me a few mpg deadheading with the 102" width (last was a 96"). If I'm heading up that way, I'll give you a shout and take you up on that cup of coffee - I've been stuck on the east coast lately with a few trips up and down the middle (MI to TX).

I've just had to replace the EGR Valve and EGR Cooler on my 2005 Cummins ISX at Cummins Power South in Atlanta, GA. Figured it would be good info to share with others regarding cost.
P/N 4955422RX Valve, EGR (ISX02) $918.04
P/N 2881783NX Cooler, exh gas rcn $1,172.66
Labor $1,227.90
They replaced a few other small parts, I also had an overhead done, and the engine turned up to 550HP. After I had a talk with the service writer, and he talked to his manager, the bill was reduced to $3,839.86
The only good that came of this was the 100k mi/1 year warranty on the parts. It'll give me time to find a pre-EGR truck in decent shape.......newly crusin Thanks this.
