What if I did a lease to purchase through my bank instead of company so I can move like I want to move

 

*Arrow truck sales company sold me piece of Junk:
this truck needs at least $8000 to fix by estimate I got from the mechanic.
And has serious mechanic issues :
Three real issues…………………………………….
1-Injector cups and injectors
2-Steering shaft
3-Transmission is leaking badly. Transmission has been taken apart and resealed with the wrong silicone.
Transmission needs removed, broken apart and resealed. And more issues

*This company even lied about detailing the truck they never did.
*This company Made me lose my new job training and work and wasted my time.
*This company Endangered my life by driving unsafe truck on the road and you are aware of that.
*This company cost me extra unneeded expenses
*This company lied to me more than one time and just giving me shady and vague answers all the time.
*This company mistreated and humiliated me.

It was a nightmare dealing with:

*Mike Jones (branch manager)
*Phil Richardson (sales manager)
*Greg ( the mechanic)

Cincinnati OH guys :
Charlie Colyer( branch manager)

 

Did you have the truck checked over by a third party mechanic before you bought? Did you get an oil analysis? Dyno?

 

Sounds like a bad credit score deal..

 

We don't really know about that one way or the other.
Rough deal for buyer though.

 

There should be a new law. If the unit doesn't hold up to buyers expectations as the salesman confirmed the seller should pay for repairs for the first 3 months or so..

 

My experience was different , truck was detailed and looked like new inside and out . New rubber all around . Leased on to a company that inspected my truck and found cracked brake shoe , Called branch manager and he had it repaired at freightliner no questions asked. Buying a used truck can be a tricky ordeal.
