Wait do they not provide DOT physicals at orientation? I was under the impression that they did this.

 

So if I don't get a physical it's ok as long as I have my permit?

 

rotten it is part of requirements before school ask ya recruiter for approved swift facilty in ya area

 

I had neither a physical nor a permit when I showed up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed for training.

But things might have changed since then. As Tazaaa says, ask your recruiter.

 

Oh I will. I just hope I can get in to see the doc this week. Time is running out.

 

None is this area. So I have to use my own Doc and pay $60 since my insurance won't cover it. Seems like a waste if they are going to make me get another if they aren't going to use this one.

 

Ok, just talked to my recruiter, and he said I didn't need a medical card, not even to renew my cdl permit which expired months ago. He said that's handled in Millington.

 

cdl permits are required for millington according to 36 page info book my recruiter sent me and even said medical card required as well
