If you pay an escrow as a 1099 driver you're a fool. Kiss it goodbye. An escrow/bond is a big red flag for a dirtbag company. Most likely a Chicagoland company.

They are Chicagoland 1099 and lie about pay, equipment and basically everything.

Also, Nationwide Cargo in Dundee IL. Run and owned by a Bulgarian clan. Another 1099 outfit to steer clear of..

I read an article about eastern euros once and stealing is kind bred into them as that's how they had to survive in their homeland .

 

Does think its by chance that all these eastern European and Russians are here setting up trucking companies ? Its probably being encouraged by the governments in their home countries. Gives them a back door lever into our economy. Trucking is the backbone of our economy. Paranoid conspiracy theory maybe. But quite possible.
