In having a "personal assistant" someone that works FOR you. Getting loads booked for you, dealing with getting payment from shippers, all paperwork and other things? Before you ask or think it NO im not a broker or agent. just wondering if this would interest some of you.

HAHA you guys are all funny but that's what im asking I guess. Not everyone has a WIFE that can actually sit around and hunt and do all the leg work. Just wondering if it could spur any interest.

It would interest me, to a point. My wife does work already as an accounting clerk, so the AP/AR, invoicing is already done.

She's not big on cold calling people is an issue.

So, would you charge a %/load you found or a fixed amount/load?

To be completely honest i don't know, it was just a idea i had after reading all these boards figured maybe it be nice to have someone look out for the driver's best interest for once. Since i am a driver and just got laid off. Maybe a little side thing. Just looking to see if it interests people enough to get something going.

You'd make better money working the Permit angle.....

I can't believe people pay big bucks to get permits when they can do it all themselves.....But........

Hey..That could be a niche you could explore....
