As a Student, I am inquiring: What do truckers do while waiting 4 hours to unload?

In the 3 years I spent hauling out of the USA only a few times I spent 4 hours at a dock. Generally I was in and out in 2 hours loading or unloading which in the big picture is squat when your are 800 miles between dock bumps

I used to, but 6 days per week, 10-12 hrs per day for nearly 3 yrs wore me out.
