As an O/O, how do you find truck parking lots for rent?

I found your question while I was searching to see how truckers find their parking spots. We have a lot that we are trying to lease spots to truckers with quick access to highways and is gated. Could you please tell me the best way to advertise this? We've tried Craigslist without much success.

That’s obviously the ideal situation if you’re running your own truck. Those guys that live in the NYC boroughs or Newark, NJ I can’t imagine what parts they find missing after coming back from a few days off. And a lot of those places want $200 a month or worse for that privilege.

Depends on a location. If you were in Chicago area, the calls would not stop. I pay $250 for mine and some others pay well over $300. I don't think anyone can get away with less then $150 even on the South Side closer to Indiana. Rates for truck parking spots are crazy here.
