Being recruited by them right now

being told you have 3 options

    pTp

    flex driver

    or local shuttle

anyone have any info on them?

the reviews are beyond mixed. Some calling it a great company others making it seem like the worse ever

    But there’s not a whole
Bunch of reviews about them in general to really figure out

    also the pay

There are a few videos about them on YouTube, Trucking Answers had a good review on them. You're right though, there's not a lot of solid information.. I'd ask them what their turnover rate is and see what kind of answer you get.

Make the company put you in contact with working drivers in each division and ask them to describe the pay, schedule, benefits, whatever you want to know about while you look at the company website. Any description that is repeating what is on the company website is bogus and should be ignored.

Go to forum "Discuss Your Favorite Trucking Company". Then go to "Andrews Trucking Journey Continues" There you will learn what it was before and after the Wilson 11 Western purchase.

When Ashley first bought Wilson Western division, the also kept the cdl school in Montana. Soon discovered they don't need the school and don't need new cdl schools grads either because they were flooded with applications from experienced drivers.

Well that and right after they bought it, all that contracted freight came up for bid and they soon realized their nice private fleet couldn't compete with traditional OTR companies that will bid it down to pennies per mile profit margin. That is after they pay all the V.P.'s their 7 figure incomes.

Was told directly from the horses mouth that the ptp position pays .47 cents and hour and $40 per delivery

    Claimed 2500-3200 miles a week

    6-10 deliveries

    idk….

that’s deliveries too. Not per stop

it’s crazy what these trucking companies can get away with nowadays

Their Mesquite terminal is a mile or two from the J Rayl Sunnyvale, TX terminal. I’m pretty happy over here, if you’re looking for options.
