I would do it if they'd hire you. I've never met an unhappy Ashley driver, probably because they seem to take care of their drivers. The pay is very good, and so is the equipment. Company drivers get fully furnished Volvo 780s that from what I've been told are very well-maintained. They certainly always look that way when I see them.

Hey,i'm going for the same job.I ran into one of there drivers not to long ago,he was pretty quiet fella about the details, but he did say some of the best trucks(he had a 780)best pay, good hometime.Told me lots of tight places to back into, which if you been driving pretty long this is not even a issue.Tailgatin the furniture(not hard, cold in winter, hot in summer)He said ave gross per week is above 1000.00 wouldn't say to much more(don't blame him, lol.)I took a year and a half off from trucking,so i was alittle worried about them hiring me,but i guess 1.5 million safe miles, zero tickets kind of helped me draw there attention,so it's up to them from here on out.Good luck to ya and hope we both can land this.
