Ask a Trainer - For New Hires and Potential Employees

Well looks like i'll be going with another company the recruiter I was talking to at millis has been out of the office week before last then some last week didn't know he had the paperwork and was supposed to call be back today and didn't so looks like school then either grand island or maverick, would like to thank all the drivers on here for their helpful info really appreciate the help you should have been recruiters

 

Don't be so fast to jump out freebird. Call them and follow up. when you are out of an office for a week stuff piles up on your desk. its sometimes hard to get through it all. there is only so much they can do in a day. Give them the benefit of doubt and follow through with a call. if you think Millis is worth it then don't just give up. persistance pays off.

 

I have been for about 3wks now cause the class starts next week but I can't wait around till the next class at the end of jan. and when they tell you their going to call you back you think they would if nothing else to tell you their still working on it .

 

I called Alice 3 times, emailed her twice and sent a letter.

 

tell them you will go to the Burleson class. It starts Dec. 2nd.

 

Wish it was that easy but I'm going thru the TAA (trade adjustment act) they wouldn't approve a school that far out of area

 

All you pay is $500 out of pocket.

 

why should I have to pay for it and have a contract over my head , when the government is paying for everything ? you know what I mean

 

And this Ladies and Gentleman Is why this country is going straight to hell.
