I have an intention to buy a tractor head tata novus 4x2 (340PS, I6 engine 11.051cc). Does anyone know about the fuel consumption of this truck (full load) ? thank you!

I have had no personal experience with them.
Although they are branded Tata (Indian) they are actually Daewoo (Korea) in origins.
We have had them here in 6x4 guise for a number of years.
At first they had a generic Mercedes OM442oa engine with a 16sp ZF.
For about a year now I see they have been fitted with a ISX Cummins and an Ultrashift.

Not sure on the 340ps as I have not seen them.

Only real complaint I heard was that the diff was not up to standard.
Only heard this once so not sure.

Where Im from we typically run at between between 88 000lbs/40 000kgs and 123 500lbs/56000kgs on 6 or 7 axles.
    Fuel consumption 40l (2,5km/l) to 55l(1,8km/l) per 100km on the 6x4 OM442 powered units.
This is 6m per US gallon to 4,25 m per US gallon or 7 to 5 miles per imperial gallon.
The 340ps is available here on 6x4 rigid/straight trucks.
The peole running these say they are very reliable.

Regarding the diff I believe the crown wheel and pinion wear out prematurely.
I only heard of this once but never saw it.

FYI actually with 4x2 version, the fuel consumption is better 25tons - 30L/100km. I've just asked my friend
do you know about the Trago tractor head?

Yes a 4x2 is way better on fuel then a 6x4.
    Never heard of a Trago.
