Looks like ill be taking the bus instead of driving. Its just to expensive to pay for the gas, its 1300 miles and at 3.50 a gallon its expensive. Sigh, hell i can remember when gas was 50 cents and diesel was cheaper. My dad would flip me a quarter and tell me to get some gas and mow the lawn......

 

I wanted to know if prime would accept a letter from my family members saying that they knew i was out of work from 08 to 09, being that they were the only ones that knew, because i was living with them.

Talk to a recruiter. I know that my husband WAS employed, but one of his employers had gone out of business (it's why he stopped working there), and we had to get the w-2's to prove he'd been working at the time.

I think that you need a 10 year history for the feds (I don't remember, and it isn't really my area). Call and talk to a recruiter.

 

I have a 10yr. work history, just no jobs for that year. thanks for the info.

 

To prime drivers, i just remembered i read in one of the prime threads that 1 of the posters called a recruiter and told poster that if your 10yr. employment history has a gap of more than 3 months they were not going to hire you, is that true?

 

I also want you to know if you don't already that it was not a full year in my employment gap, it is 7 months.
