    It also states 5 cpm more for a smaller truck is it worth the sacrifice of the living space?

    5cpm x 2000 miles, you do the math. And if you are solo and reefer, a lightweight is what you'll get unless you give them a darned good reason why not.

    There are reports of a few, but, some question the wisdom of using a ltwt for FB.

    I've never asked, but I'm going to assume that the LW flat and tankers are operated by lease-ops. The advantage is the extra weight they can pull, that gives them an advantage over the rest of us addicted to our obese ol' condo trucks. I know there are some LW lease-ops over on the reefer side.
