It used to be 6.75, but the company guys need to answer that. I think its moving up with the newer tractors.
Absolutely minimal. We put APUs on our truck for power, air, heating. If you don't have an APU, then you have to fit your idling into the minimum fuel economy requirement.
Company side is 62 on cruise, and 58 on the pedal - again the last time I recall hearing the numbers. However, if you're going to meet the minimum fuel requirement you won't be running at 62 very much.

Whats the hometime? Is it true only L/O have the bigger trucks. I see those small ### freightliners and goofy petes all day. No room . I just cant imagine living i that more than 2 days tops.

on the company side if you have a 5 digit truck number it now starts at 7.0 and the 6 digits start at 7.25 not sure if its higher for those with 2011 and up yr trucks as they have DEF....got the message last week that they were raising it

not true about the l/o only getting big trucks if you are company reefer then theres a lw in your future as for fb its a full size but some fbs do have lw not many but a few -
2010 and up trucks they expect 7.25. My truck wont do it right now, maybe the overhead and a new air filter will help that. Im sure my air filter is junk by now. Been down so many dirt roads tht I know its not clean. Ive told Prime about it several times.
