Can someone please answer this question.

If your going company driver, are prime still giving you them #### box trucks that looks like a coffin in the back with no room for nothing? Plus they don't have the passenger seat.

They told me the only way you get a condo if you go lease or do team. That really sucks, its like they are suckering you to go lease if you want a condo, while every other trucking company gives you a condo if you go company.

Thanks cause I really want to go back with prime but I refused to drive that coffin box

 

Then I guess you won't go back to Prime. JCW didn't have a problem w/ his lightweight. Matter of fact he told me last night that his new truck (KW T660) seems like too much room for one person. You could go FB or yanker, if you insist on a condo. You are also forgetting the additional 5cpm they give company drivers for driving those smaller trucks. Over a year, that adds up. A LOT.

 

No promise on a condo driving in ANY division. Ive seen cute trucks in all three divisions. Dont know anyone personally who drives one in flatbed though, and I dont know any tanker yankers

Sure they do. Many opt to have the passenger seat removed to increase storage space. It's a great place to have a refrigerator mounted (they'll do that at the detail shop) - and you can bungie a microwave or storage cabinets to the top of it.

 

Given I'm in this for the money, I'll take a reefer + .05cpm all day, all year. Don't expect to live the Life of Riley on the road...

 

Is it ok to give your 20 on the Prime drivers. Whats your 20 even if you are not a prime timer?

 

But theyre SOOOOOOOO CUTE!!!! They dont have enough room for my DVDs though

 

Guess you never driven a Cabover. I sure miss them, and they aren't as cute as the cute freightshakers. Maybe I'll see if I can't find an Argosy
