ok so i was at prime did my thing and got sent home for snag with cpap to find one to use as well they needed to find out if oxygen condincers were allowed on truck .....Oh and by the way, they are allowed on truck, for anyone who needs to know......... i am rounding up my stuff to be compliant and will be on my way back to get verified for three days on it then out on the road.......i just want to say anyone that is considering this company and reading this it is an awesome place from what i can see so far and i can wait to get back .....even with the bumps in the road it is so worth it, i have met some of the greatest co workers i have ever had the privilege to know so far in any field i have ever worked in (think i might have seen u2exit their as well but did not approach him out of worry that i was mistaken i am very excited to put names to faces but dont want to be intrusive either) well before i ramble off to far just wanted to say how great my experience was and to encourage others that are good drivers to try this place...

 

Well, if it was the 16th-19th of June then it could have been me. Otherwise I've been racking up miles in South and Southwest.

Sorry to hear about this hump, but you'll be rolling soon if I'm hearing you correctly.

Hello drivers, just wondering do Prime Inc run through Florida a lot? I live in Orlando and most of my family is in Miami. Also how many miles will you average per week at Prime? I'am interested in their training and plan to join after 3 weeks when I complete school here in Orlando. I was planning to join the reefer division and stay solo

 

Reefer has several places down in Fl they pick up from.

 

i apologize for going off subject... but i wanted to update you guys ....so i got all my equipment and called my recruiter and she said i need to be in compliance for seven days (which is up from the three they told me when i left) and some how i am supposed to do this and get there with out a break in my compliance by the 17th ..(for my UA)their is probably a simple answer to this but it is evading me right now ...so i thought i would run it by you guys...first i thought well i will just take my car back and use inverter but their are two machines so that is a no go... then i thought about my trainer, maybe swinging buy to pick me up but he is in FL...and some other peeps i know with trucks are all on the east or north east track so then one of them i was asking said well get a bus ticket and go as far as you can in one day then hop off get a room use cpap and then jump back on bus and go to Springfield the next day...which is not such a bad idea but after forking all the moneys over for machines i am running a little thin on the green ....so dose anyone have an more economic idea for me to get back to Springfield
