If you have oxygen tank that can be a problem. Are you the one who mentioned something about oxygen equipment? You defiantly need to check with the airline on that one. Its possible to take oxygen but it has to be arranged ahead of time
Anyway, CPAP machines are fine for airplanes. Its a free carry on. Classified as a medical device. I went to Europe and back with it as a carry on, and my computer backpack counted as my one carry on.

i have been told the only dum question... is the one not asked. no one was born with the knowledge it is acquired and we all have a learning curve and mine was just discovered by me when all this went down...so i don't think you sound dum...just inquisitive...which is a good thing -

And Tricare is an exception to that. They MY disclose but are not required to....

Hello All,
So I have been skimming through the posts here and am considering working for Prime. Let me back that up...I am currently a full-time college student...unfortunately, my studies aren't going as well as I had hoped. Anyway, I put in an application with Prime just to see if I would be approved. Apparently my past (prior DUI...STUPID) is old enough that it won't cause any harm. I then informed the recruiter that I am still attending college, but if college doesn't work out during this next semester that I would be interested in working for Prime starting in January. (My reasoning behing putting an application in so early is because I always like to have a plan in case things don't work out.) Anyway, the recruiter informed me that I am "technically" considered unemployed while attending school. I was also informed that if I applied at a later date, that my chances wouldn't be as good because I would have applied twice and my application would show a longer date range for being unemployed.
So what do y'all think? Would my chances really be hurt if I applied at a later date...say November-December?
Thanks in advance! -
Don't know about other companies. -
That is very interesting! I know I pressed the back/forward buttons a few times when filling out the application, but could have sworn there was a portion on it that asked about schooling. I would think that being a full-time college student wouldn't cause that much harm. I've had 3 different jobs in the last 14 years...all solid employment. So being unemployed/in school for 6 months would really have that kind of an affect?
Thanks again...also feel free to tell me I'm rambling. -
