You were told in psd class to make contact every week and to not be sitting beside the instructor when you call

That's not something that was up to your TNT trainer to tell you

Not all trainers are like this guy!! You need to report him and tell explain what all has been going on. He doesnt need to be a trainer at ALL!! My trainer wasnt perfect, but we got along. We still talk actually. He cant help me quite as much being a reefer trainer, but general stuff he can. Dont really need any help right now, but ya never know. Mostly just friends now. Good luck on your upgrade and dont be a stranger!

Figment, and anyone else reading this: You need to have a personal conversation with Stan, that thin tall man with the mild manner that you met during orientation. Tell him about this TnT behavior.

2 Rules: 1. Contact your FM weekly, away from the trainer. I encourage my trainees to call.
    2. Fill out the survey about your training experience honestly. Prime, believe it or not, is all about integrity as a corporate value. YOu will have to fill out the survey before you complete your upgrade.. If you don't get the chance, start asking questions... someone will get you that survey.

As far as I know, it shouldn't be a problem. It will depend on your FM as well - has to be the agreeable sort (most of them are) and not one of the control freaks. There's always one way to get the heck outta the NE regional gig - go talk to the flathead... err... flatbed boys and switch divisions!

On trainers... yup there is no reason to put up with the Bravo Sierra figment is going through. Report the jerk, and ask for a different trainer. As far as my trainer is concerned, he's a lumper these days... at least the last time I talked to him a couple of years ago. Must have broken the dude's spirit!

Just a word of advice, having some management background, fill out as honestly as possible with only the complaints you can prove. It can get sticky if this gets forwarded to a higher level and a lot of the time they will want you to prove your accusations before they will go after him to defend them.
