You never put in your profile if you were a student or a current CDL holder, Most of us assume "newbie". Students do nearly a month before testing. When they get their license then they are hired, hence, month long interview. As the other guys said, It depends on your exp. and how long since you have driven over the road. Ex. if you drove puppy trailers for a company but never OTR, you will probably do 40 K with a trainer, If you are coming from another OTR co. with current logged time, you will probably get your own truck immediately. Or it will be somewhere in the middle. It is up to training dept. when they evaluate you experience, Good luck, Look forward to seeing you here

ME - lol my daughter just told me I have to get a pink truck
Recruiter - LOL I sure we can do that for ya!!!!!
ME - If I get that pink truck I'll make sure to add you to the Christmas list
Recruiter - J Boy you have me rooting for you to get it now! Come on PINK TRK!!!!!! Good luck!
ME - lol, Pink with Purple Poka Dots .... say that 10X's fast
Recruiter - Hahaha only thing is may make you alittle more visible to DOT lol
ME - lol they'll be too busy luaghing to be able to do an inspection. Besides, if you run next to a CRST truck you are 100 X's less likely to be inspected -
Ok I have a quetion I am sure one of you can answer. I am looking at finishing my military time with the National Guard. Due to the RCP requirements I can't stay on active duty. I don't want to give up 17 years for nothing. Is Prime pretty supportive of the Guard and Reserves? Does drill weekend and active training affect hometime or vaction time?
