How are the raises at Prime?

That's what I figured everybody has to eat I enjoyed refer last time I pulled it I just got tired of running more than 1 book Some of those smaller outfits will break you but he closed his doors so it is what it is. From what I'm figuring I would like to run hard for a while & use the lease payout to take a extended vacation 30+ days that would be nice during deer season.

I have been with Prime for eight years on the flatbed side. I love it. I own two trucks through them. Currently I pay a driver to run my other truck. He's moving on and I'm looking to put someone in his place. I'm paying more then prime and I offer way better home time. If any of you are interested id love to hear from you.
Boy Howdey Thanks this. -
I've been here since April and absolutely love it. I'm curious though, on the company side, is there any sort of Christmas bonus or yearly bonus in addition to the ring for on time performance and prime store bucks?

i do know sneider will hire me since its been so long ago......and believe snieder may have the bettter driving school -
You might want to check that bit about Schneider's driving school. I don't think they have their own driving school. They do have recommended driving schools and when you complete them and sign on with Schneider, they will reimburse you the cost of the school. At least that's the way it was the last time I checked. From what I have read on TTR Forums, I really don't think you can beat the training program at Prime. Check the thread: "New to Prime INC - What to expect (Springfield edition)"

I have Google'd the hell out of it and I can't find Prime's hiring map so I will just assume they hire in California... But i was wondering about the companies shipping lanes and being able to get home easily since the nearest terminal is far away. I live kind of between Riverside and San Diego.. I don't see to many of your trucks.. How often do you guys find yourselves out here and how difficult will it be for me to get home time?
