Still working my way through this long thread, great info, but it is long :yes2557: I haven't seen anyone mention South Carolina. I live near I20 at Aiken, near the Georgia border. It doesn't look like a bad place to live for Prime, but can anyone verify? Thanks.

Going through the application, I see the section to report any accidents in last five years. My only accident was in 2013 where I backed into my daughters car at slow speed on her property. Left a small dent my insurance took care of. No police report, no ticket. Will this be an issue with Prime as it was my fault. But no ticket or police report? Thanks. Yeah, I know it was a dumb move.

List it. There's a chance that your daughter's insurance reported it to the DMV, and it may show up.

That being your only accident, it won't be a problem.

The app is more an honesty test than anything.

The birth certificate is for employment eligibility purposes I believe, as I showed up with my permit already and still had to bring it. That being said, better bring yours.

Has to be original with seal you can get a duplicate but a fax will not work

Birth certificate and Social Security card needed for I-9. The Feds will accept a US passport instead, but I'm not sure if Prime will.
