No matter. Employers do choose that which they desire to have, and they can do that-its thier business. I simply move on to another, possibly better, option is all. Always seeking out options; as one way thinking is a single sided way of life that is a instant failure.

Because after years, and years, of dealing with morons, liars, thieves, drug addicts, alcoholics, domestic violence, and dead bodies galore. You get kinda tired of dealing with lifes vermon, and realize you can do better than what you are doing. Don't get me wrong, 10% of it is enjoyable.

Working on planning for packing. How many days/changes of clothing should I bring. Basically how often would there be a possibility to wash a load of clothes. Once a week or week and a half?

Also as it is summer are Capri Pants okay for a few outfits or should I just keep jeans alone. Hope good tennis shoes and 1 pair of flips for the showers is okay. I only own one pair.

Planning in just plain cotton tee shirts no printing or advertising. I don't have many with printing anyways really not my thing. I just don't want to overpack because I also have my cpap machine and stuff to bag and hope to fit it all in my duffle bag leaving my backpack for more everyday stuff.

These are the only 2 bags I want to bring. Is this too much? Also here are pics of my cpap and my bags

There's a packing list pinned to the top of the new drivers forum. I would think you'd be able to get some wash in once a week. Go long on packing under garments... you're going to get outer clothes dirty almost as soon as you put them on... first time I deal with the truck or trailer usually does it for me.

You can pick up a sleeping bag and anything else you might need once you get here... there's a Walmart within walking distance from the Campus Inn.

    Charlami Thanks this.

I always try to have my students bring two weeks worth, Sometimes you can't get to a washer in a week. Shorts are OK also, Just no white ones, I mostly wear shorts and tee shirts unless it gets chilly, I always keep a few jeans on the truck just in case, Sometimes you have to stay in the freezer for loading and unloading, also, When you get your instructor , make sure you go grocery shopping at Wal-Mart, You can get two of the milk crates at Walmart for all your grocery items and they can move to your own truck with you, I have about 8 of them in my truck under the bunk and in cabinets. Follow your instructor's lead and you will be fine

Ah really? So my on-time record that partially determines the access to what kind of freight I have access to is kind of dispensable as an owner-operator then??

Easy Steamer... we're talking about a PSD student.
