Hireright/USIS or whatever they're calling themselves these days operates under the FCRA - Fair Credit Reporting Act. Just like a credit card, you're entitled to a copy of their scandal sheet on your background every year - free of charge.

Go to the bottom of their page and in real faint print is has a link for consumers/Driver/applicants and that will lead you to the links to receive a free copy of your DAC, Background, etc And yes it was completely free and I received it in the mail in about 4 days

I've been investigated to the hilt already. Having held a conceal carry permit since 2000 and just recently got my TWIC, if there was anything there I would have heard about it before now. I expect soon they will be wanting DNA from everybody.

Can't blame the companies for wanting to know who is driving their trucks and hauling who knows what for cargo.

They can already get that from your UA test. Or if they really wanted to they could just start drawing our blood and using that for DNA and a drug test all in one!!!

Not starting a debate over this here... just info. Don't even think about carrying a firearm on company property. While Prime is a very open company (no bullet proof glass, etc) - the security folks will not be amused. They are not the usual rentacop clowns, but have a serious LEO background.

Say can I get some info on Prime's company flatbed drivers such as pay, operating area, orientation location? Do they hold orientation in Scranton PA since they bought TRL last year?

I have no plans to bring a firearm. Infact the permit will not be renewed because there are so many places you can't use it. At $50.00 per year it isn't worth it. The only useful benefit was being able to buy a weapon with out the BK check and waiting period.
