At Covenant Transport, SAFETY should be first but few are listening

If you needed to cross 90 and Snoqualmie was closed, all that needed to be done was run I5 down to US12 and cross over the Cascades over White Pass and over to Yakima and then up I82 to Ellensburg to catch 90.

Drive the safest, smartest route.
Shut down when conditions exist,that makes travel unsafe.
The CDL you save,might be your own.

 

Wrong..The CDL is his..The truck/freight belongs to someone else.
He is the one to decide if its safe,but the route he drives is not his to choose.
He was asking to go 600miles out of route?..what company would approve that?

 

Taking US12 would have added 128 miles.

 

He says in his own statement that he was requesting 600mile out of route..

Should of just drove to mile maker 34 and shut it down in number 4 lane until he could drive again
