My employers required each driver to list all tickets received during the past year. Of course, that covers private vehicles as well as the employer's equipment. However, the employer does not take the driver's word for it. The employer is required to check each driver's record with the DMV annually. Any state issuing a ticket will report to the state that issued the driver's license.

No, I don't think so either. Course it might depend on the circumstances, but normally , no.

I don't drink or anything but it did make me think of course the person that told me is one of those that always think they know everything. I have only had one accident and that was when I was rearend last year and no tickets either.
Thanks Mtn. Momma. I like your smileys at the bottom of your reply.
