As one who speaks from experience in that area, even if it is long out of date, at least some of those talking points are not entirely false.

Since the current world contains the likes of such things as Fentanyl, you’ll certainly have no disagreement from me here.

However, I would add that this is could be a reason for full legalization. I personally would rather simply be able to just walk into any WAWA or whatever store and buy some. At least then I could be confident that it isn’t laced with anything deadly.

The current situation is complete mess. The Feds shouldn’t have any right to say a word about this because of the 10A.

These are the consequences of a Federal statute, being selectively ignored by various states, and the Federal government not doing anything to enforce the initial statute.
Taken to it's logical conclusion, there might be other federal laws enacted, most notably various "assault rifle bans" that will promptly be ignored by various states. And the precedent has now been set, the Federal government will not enforce those bans, any more than they enforce the marijuana laws.

Substitute any law, particularly controversial ones, and they reverted to a states rights issue, in my view a positive trend.
Not exactly what certain elements of the political arena wanted to see, but unintended consequences are a b***h

Mine was from 2004-2018, it was a nice run but some how idiots galore on the front end and capitalists on the back end, even the hippies pretending to care but it was still all about the money. the ones in the back end while counting the money and pretending to care where busy trying to figure out new ways to use the everyday useful idiot.

I wouldn't bet on that. The feds don't see marijuana and "assault rifles" in the same light. When was the last time you saw the federal government treat a grow operation the same way they did the Branch Davidian compound?

Typical! Stretch what is said out to get anything you want out of it. Then follow up with some extremely weak attempt at name-calling or insults!
