Attending Katlaw Truck Driving School - Austell, Ga

Well its funny that I'm reading this. I guess I'll see you on Thursday. I am unable to get out of work that much so I was unable to do more practice time. I'm going in blind on this new truck. How is it driving?. Any issues that I need to know about the "retest truck" much appreciated

 

I tried to call the school at around 5.10 and it appears that it goes to some apartment complex or something. This is not good. I noticed you said you went to Dalton for your test. From what I understand the new test will be in gainsville. But reading this it concerns me that it may indeed be in Dalton and now I cannot get a hold of the school. Pls respond

 

I think I was in 103. Maybe it was 102. Was it the one with the jacked up mattress in the back and the plate missing on the gear shifter? Lol. I passed all the skills stuff but as sad as it sounds I left the switch up and tried to take off in 8th gear. As it turns out that does not work. Ha. Well I must stay focused and double check the switch this time and it should be ok. If it is gainsville I can tell you a few little things about the road part. Let me know tomorrow and I'll try and call earlier as well. Also, do you happen to know what instructor is going to the test?

 

Sorry for black balling you on the truck on your last test. Yea they may be sending people to where they took the test the first time. Any word on how the Volvo drives?. I haven't heard anything about it but maybe you have some insight. Hope their phone works tomorrow because it's coming down to the wire. Thanks for any information you can find tomorrow. Good work. It was nerve wrecking for sure going in there the second time. I don't know what I would have done if I had to go tell everyone I blew it again. This is a good day for you and me. Good luck on finding that job. I'm sure you can hunt around on here for a while and I can tell you how covenant is going once I get out there. Thanks for the thread. Was interesting to read.
