That's true. It is best that only one side be told. That way no fighting.

Just stay away from companies that check the dac, bac, bmi, mvr, csa and dui that way you won't give too much tmi.

Some do but the majority knows what the drivers say is true is the only thing I can think of why companies don't come on here and defend their reputation.

    Gilro70, I don't use a CB for information. I don't have time. I depend on knowledge.
I think you are right about using your CB. It can be entertaining sometimes.:biggrin_25525:

I still use my cb in my 4 wheeler, and I have been out of the rig since Dec of 2011. I agree there's a bunch of ###### crap, but I remember days when it wasn't like that. I find my cb a great tool for navigating alternate routes around jams, wrecks and back-ups. I know it's antiquated by today's terms, BUT, I also never owned a gps in my rig. I REFUSED. I am/was old school and can read my map book JUST FINE. My map book never let me down, neither. AND it didn't cost 4-5 or 6 hundred bucks. I trained for one of the rookie-mills a while back and I think the technologically dependent crowd running the highways these days needs a foot in the rump. If you can't make it from Schenectady New York to LA without your gps, you don't have any business even being on the road. That's just my opinion. Hell, these days the companies GIVE you your route. Let me just shut my mouth, as I am remembering why it was so easy to walk away from the industry. I'm a lot of things, but a nice little robot isn't one of them! Be SAFE drivers..
