Hmmmmm
You want "possitive inputs"?
No problemo.
Just ignore all the negative input.
Seek only the candy-coated feed back.
Remember,
There's no such thing as a bad company, only bad employees.
If you're willing to put up with whatever a company dishes out,
you'll do fine where ever you decide to go.
Please note the lack of "negative" in this post.
Attention all company drivers!!!

Well all of them should read this!!!! May be if they see what drivers really think about them alot would change. Dont forget 98% of the people that run the office (book the loads, make the appts, and handel the paper work) have never been in a truck. Not to mention drover one, had to deal with traffic, and live on the road. The softies would never make it 3 days much less 3 weeks without going home!!!!

Just cause they know to do right does not mean they will.... Ask Tiger W.

how can a company come back at you, when you've done nothing but speak the truth.??

Even if a company doesn't prevail in court, it'll cost the
defendant time and bundle of bucks for an attorney to
defend them in court.
Most companies have deeper pockets than we do and might
be willing to spend the money to send a message. Even if/when
y'all win, y'all could wind up losin'.
It isn't always about the truth. Sometimes it's about settin' an example
and/or sendin' a message for truth tellers to beware of the ramifications
of tellin' the truth to too many others. A warning, if you will.
And the companies can drag the proceedings out for a ridiculous amount of
time with postponements and/or extensions. But as the defendant, y'all are
required to appear in court, only to accomplish nothing. Enough of
that can wear y'all down. Once the ball starts rollin', y'all are just
along for the ride, lookin' for a run-away ramp.

Suing a corp is much too costly! Get a letter of recommendatin from a previous employer or two (no friends or family) and include it with your resume of qualificatins...
I know the Ding on your DAC can be a speed bump! (from experience) Do not let that stop you from getting a good job as a driver. Your lenght of service with one company can speak volumes and having 3 years or more experience with one employer can out weigh a minor infraction on a DAC report. Be Open,Honest and upfront to potential employers and do not omit any past issues, because they frown upon any thing that looks like your trying to hide something in your past. -
Stay away from dac companies,simple

How long has this site been up and running? And what about all of the word of mouth prior to the internet? And still people are flooding these trucking companies with applications. No trucking company has ever gone out business due to a lack of job applicants. It looks like nothing will ever change, just more of the same........SOS.
