Attention all company drivers!!!

If they do and there is proof that what they have put on your DAC record is false, it can and should be removed.

 

Sounds easy, but what's the best way to go about that? I don't have a problem per say, but I did have an outfit from 4 years ago state on DAC that I violated company policy. More or less a he said, she said case. Kind of hard to prove either way.

 

I was recently (fired) or let go as the company would say . because i was doing what i was told by the safety dept. that if i was to tired to drive or i didnt have the hours to run to park the truck , i did that n the F-tarts fired me anyway . that was the 1st. screw job , the 2nd screw job they did to me , i was collecting unemployment at the time i got hired n had to weeks of checks coming to me . the lady in the recuriting dept. called tn. unemploment office in nashville, tn. n told them i have been working there for 2 weeks , when i havnt even started working there 2 weeks after i got hired , n now i cant get unemployment where i live in ky because of them. N now because of them i have to pay back all the money that i was intitled too.I dont think its fair how these companys screw us drivers n then when we open up our mouths n speak our mind they want to firer us for sticking up for our rights . this indust. has gone so way down hill that kids who work in micky D's make more money then we do . FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF UUUUUUUUUUUU , super service llc.

 

does not tell you they will take 50 dollars a week for 500 deposit on truck in case you abandon it. Then they keep you last pay check and do not tell you what is paid out of it or if there is any money left. So I made a mistake by working for them for a long 3 weeks.

 

Rigger134 you are on the right road to where you want to go , but watch out for pot-holes for even good companys can change with government policies and laws. Always have a plan B and be ready to use it. You are the captian of your own ship so don't let yourself be torpeadoed.

I would like to be sent info of where I can get to a place where other drivers who feel like I do can #### chat about the screwing - or multiples thereof - received from trucking companies for nothing more than being willing to be a service to a Company just for the income it can provide. Wait !! I know every Company treats a few guys well, and that is a good thing for them. But lots of drivers wind up being shoddily treated or even wind up as a support group for the few favorites who are always fed the biggest worms.

I have a lot to say, and I want to say it, but I don't want the liability of the telling of an honest story, only to have it come back and visit me in the night with clubs and daggers.

I would really like to see the drivers in America speak with one commanding voice and receive equal treatment under the laws of logic, reason and common sense that the rest of the workers in USA get. It's very do-able this year, and long long over due. I would pay dues or stuff envelopes or whatever I could, even just root for someone, to see it come about.
