At what point, exactly, betwixt the two, does treatment end and mistreatment begin?

52 million and counting in damage claims and now the joliet terminal is losing more then half the freight to the rest of the system....We have to transfer or get bounced out. Aurora or Melrose park or Desplaines thats like 40 plus miles form joliet. I worked my ### off for them(dock, city, linehaul city turn off the clock mileage ########) and now there pulling a shot. Stay away from this company unless you want years of so called seniority and your life given to them ruined by suits who dont give a crap about you or your life. I cant stand this place and why anyone works for them is beyond me. NO pay raise going on 3 years, triple the cost of health insurance, no matching 401 k and no retirement. 5 year progression to a scale not even enough the cover the cost of living 23.55. The place is a joke and will never be like ccx had it. There greedy and want nothing more then to make the share holders money and #### the driver anyway they can. Go YELLOW and the rest of the big boys, run this muck of a company out of business before more fall in to the trap. If your considering a job there don't! If your there now your just part of the problem can't get a better job loser. They lie and there managers, dock bosses and staff treat you like the number you are. I cant believe the customers have not go rid of them and there ######## dock people(part time dirt bags with a pulse 13.25 and hour ####### up freight. They took a great company and ###### it up hiring anyone with a pulse and ####### everyone in the process.

well its only fair if they can write what ever they like on our dac reports then we should be able to write whatever we like about a company. maybe if the treat there emploees good then we wouldnt have anything bad to say.

I read that Maverick Truckin' got smacked by a judge and ordered to
cough up back pay and punitive damages to a driver for dingin' the dang driver's DAC with an abandonment of equipment allegation. The judge also ordered Maverick to remove the ding from the dang driver's dad-burned DAC and pay almost $700.00 a day until the ding is un-dinged, ---- or is it un-danged?
