To follow up, I know of at least one member here, who I am not going to name, that was in danger of loosing his job with a carrier he is leased to because of posts that he made here. Carriers are very aware of this site and read here all the time.

Let them (companies) read all they like. I am not today, nor have I, OR WILL I EVER, hide behind a screen name or anything of the sort, especially if I have an issue with how I am being treated. At the end of the day, who will stand up for me except for me?
That being said, this site is a very useful tool for research and fact finding. There is no doubt companies read and re-read trying to drill down to who is the person spreading "dirt" about them, whether its true or not. I think the majority of us can agree that some posters become.....wreckless with the truth, thats to say, stretch it to far. Just to "season" the actual events abit.
If your criticisim is warranted, certainly there are ways to be constructive with the facts in order to get the message out there. Alot of posts are filled with "non sense" claims of injustice that are outright offensive so from the perspective of the employer I would be upset too! Even though I do recognize that some employers bring it on themselves.
At the end of the day our "digital footprint" is everywhere. Tread lightly and be careful where you step......and be truthful when you step there.AfterShock Thanks this. -
The fact that carrier can read an may also identify who write down any critisism against them is ok, after all in the Us so as in Canada it is suppose to be both country of freedom of expression rite??
What piss me off is that when carrier is not agree with your point of view an that he will put pressure on the owner/administrator of the site to ban you because he his not happy with what you are saying on the site, that you are sratching his "nice" image by saying the truth.
I do know what I'm talking about as I've been ban from a canadian site own by an american, ban for life just because i was saying my point of view. Now you can go on that site an every thing look nice , as everything been clean up
Sad but true. Freedom of expression is not something that we should take in a light manner, it is very important an we should fight to keep it. But when you see major corporation who try to crunch you because they are not agree then I do have a major problem with that.

I don't know what is the solution but I do know one thing is all together We represent a powerfull force, so what can We do??
