    This company is unethical. Do not do business with them. They owe us lots of money and aren't paying up. They will get you into a verbal contract and then screw you. The oilfield is so slow right now we really didnt have much else and now we are even further behind than when we first started with them. As of today, the FMCSA states they have no freight broker license.

    Yes I know, but I have an email with him admitting we were in a contract "lease". And his secretary verifying the invoices that haven't been paid. Its going to be a tough battle but regardless they are illegally leasing trucks for commission.
