    It has not changed since the last audit over 10 years ago. This audit was complete about 2 months ago. All that I can find is that it was "non-ratable"

    Non-ratable doesn't change anything. Nothing bad/good enough to rate a change.

    A few Picky and Pesky Brokers Won't use a carrier with No Rating or Conditional Result.

    Some Brokers want a minimum of 3 inspections within a 24 month period...

    Another reason to steer clear of them- Thats None of their business - And since they want to make it their business to lead you to freight-....And you still want their freight, You better have a good safety rating.

    Conditional rating can lead to liability for the broker in some cases.

    True, BUT most carriers are not rated....That was the reason for Safe-Stat and the current system...a safe carrier might never be rated as the systems is designed to focus the outnumbered resources on the carriers needing the attention.

    No rating/and/or no inspections are better than a conditional.

    and usually a non-issue on bid packages for major accounts

    The only thing worse than Conditional is Un-Sat...
