Authority and insurance, can it be put in someone elses name?

    Can I get insurance for my authority in someone else's name? (My mother or sister)

    insurance is in drivers name since the driver is the one being insured. Still under company name but driver is key.

    Yes you can but the drivers are the ones who are insured & the insurance companies have to approve them. Look at it this way the insurance company is investing in your company so you can do business successfully. Why would you or the insurance company want to insure someone with a bad or inexperienced driving record. It is their investment on the line

    A friend made a horrible decision thought he was helping a driver out who we know his insurance would not approve & really shouldn't have been driving a truck. That driver injured a family & cost my friend dearly. Keep the business the way it should be done doing it the right way
