I agree with you. You should still speak your born language and keep your culture while still embracing and learning the cultures and customs of the USA. You are right on learning English, much easier for children and Germanic language speakers.

Not much of a difference between grocery warehouses and mega carriers. Huge turnover with a lot of miserable people still working there.

A lot of scale stations have those flashing signs that say “all trucks must enter when flashing”. Well some of them have twisted it in reverse. It will say something to the effect of “trucks do not enter When flashing”. I noticed many trucks still pull in when the sign is up and I noticed most of them are foreigners. Lol they weren’t able to read the sign well enough to understand that the flashing lights meant to go on and not to enter. Lol

I bet they often get a thorough inspection as a result.

Add in that you're traveling west bound on I 74 approaching Indy looking to get to Chicago

Gotcha. It confused me because it’s 465 south or north at I70 on both sides of city.

    JoeyJunk Thanks this.

I seen that on Monday and was not sure what it was meant even though I knew where to go as I was traveling back to Columbus as I have always done. The sign just looked hokie

If they're flashing with intention to signal not to enter then they are confusing for eveyone because at most other places flashing means open.
That's not so much a foreigner thing but rather someone not paying close attention.
    Are you a scale master?
In order for you to notice that most of them were foreigners, I would expect you to be on that scale and count the traffic control violators.
My personal opinion is that those flashing signs are not the best traffic controls because they may mean quite opposite things depending where you are.

Go tell that to the people that were killed in Colorado on I70 because someone couldn't read a truck runaway sign.
