Rainman, I am considering getting into auto transport which I have never done before. I understand that PMTG is a good company and that they do treat their drivers well. I have a couple of questions if I can ask you.

    1. I hear that PMTG drivers probably start at right around the mid $50's is this accurate?
    2. I drive a dry van (AUTO-SHIFT); how different is PMTG trucks VS dry van? Does PMTG offer auto-shifts?

    3. Where do you p/u the vehicles, is it alot of tight-road traffic to get to the p/u points?
    4. In the winter; where do you p/u your vehicles?
    5. How is winter loading/unloading different from summer loading/unloading?
    6. Are you in a sleeper truck--is it comfortable, reliable, maintained? If not, where do you sleep, how often are you broke down?
    7. How much time does it take to load, unload? How many loads can a begininng driver do in 1 week?
    8. Whats the hardest part of the job? What is the easiest?
    9. What do you love or hate about your job?
    10. How often do you get home?
    11. I live in Cinti, Ohio; how often can I expect to get home.
    12. And finally, Has the money, treatmment, everything; been worth going to PMTG?

Thank you for all and any information that you provide. I'm sorry about having so many questions, but as you can see, I am serious about looking further into this company. Again, thank you for any information that you can provide and thank you for your time...
