Auto Trans Jerk on 2020 Freightshaker Cascadia....?

Hey All,
We just purchased a 2020 Cascadia with Automatic trans.
My driver says that is is "jerky" at and around the docks and at very low rpm.
Wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this and if anything can be done to help with the situation.
He says that when he is backing into a dock it is difficult to feather the throttle and pull it in the hole smoothly. And then the same moving forward. The initial feather of the throttle will cause the truck to kind of jerk forward. He says he has to be EXTREMELY careful with it either way to avoid this.
He is a long time pro so he knows what he is doing.
Anyone else experience this? Is there a solution? Mechanically, the truck is in excellent low mileage condition.
