You went to an interview and ended up filing a discrimination suit ?????? ... " the closest i've gotten was an interview, which turned out to be filing a discrimination complaint [won't mention the name for now for confidential reasons]." ???????? ... This isn't very clear ( at least to me it isn't ) but if this is the case, it shows that your problem seems to be an attitude. You've displayed it here several times already. ......... Surely I misunderstood. It's almost inconceivable. Did you actually file a discrimination suit after an interview ?? ... You want information and help ? Don't spit on the folks you're asking for help. It doesn't work that way. Ever.

5000 cars without damage should be world record. that's awesome achievement.

My question is were you using specific tactics for securing cars or how do you think you managed to eliminate damage?

Were you working for dealerships only or you hauled private owners vehicles too?

What was hardest experience during this period of time?

    are you owner operator too?

    Pullin2 Thanks this.

Um, Ok, ........ well ........... whatever ........... I think I'll just leave this alone. It's the end of summer and I don't have the time, energy, or interest to debate your interpretation of car haul forum rules and etiquette.

    sxdime and HeWhoMustNotBeNamed Thank this.

Thanks - but not a world record. Not even a terminal record. I was a unionized company driver, so I have all the paperwork to show zero damages, zero claims, zero dollar amounts, zero accidents, etc etc.

There was a senior driver to me that hauled 5600 that year claim free.

I was running city loads at night, so not hard to add them up. 9 units at a crack, 6 loads a night, sometimes all to one location. 54 units a night add up.

Tactics ? Yeah. Cheating ! LOL ! Back then, city loads, if not done on the 'clam loader' trucks, were 2 chain loads. Eliminate damage thru habit and repetition.

Hardest experience would be weather. Bad weather. I have been both a company man and a broker over the past many years.

That just cracks me up !

What could they have possibly asked ? ...... Did they ask you to pull your head out of your ### so they could match your face to your CDL picture ? ........ ?

Do you STILL fail to realize that you are aggravating the very people that have the info you want ? By now you've provoked at least the vast majority of folks here, if not everyone here ? ..... What's the problem ? ... You can't reach your wallet in that position ? .... Try reaching in through your left ear. Maybe you can reach it that way.

    sxdime and Pullin2 Thank this.

all im doing is kindly typing from a keyboard; no spitting is involved. somehow u're still misunderstood. it's wise to ask for clarification vs assuming & attacking. it started with an ad i posted. i got there & all of a sudden got stood up. they had a position open where they were needing someone with a cdl [A] asap, even if they had to train. that never happened to me. i have no reason to file a complaint unless im confident im right. they ignored & mislead me. don't let that get the wrong idea of me. i recorded the calls. i don't have an attitude. if anyone's displaying it, it's clearly the ones who are. i haven't posted anything disrespectful or negative. i actually oppose it. i welcome apologies though

i've asked u not to joke & be unhelpful. if u have a question, please ask in a nice way. i didn't & im not going into full details. notice the brackets. if u're going to be through, then do it. no need to attack people on here by assuming
