Automatic Transmission 13 speed help

I have a 2006 Volvo 465 v12 with a eatonfuller 13 speed. I would like to know if there is a program or mod or website/supplier to make this tranny skip gears automatically instead of using the manual button. Can I increase my speed at getting up to traffic speed quicker B4 every truck passes me. My truck go's from 2nd to 3rd to 4th and so on, very annoying and slow. B4 I went to Volvo and got the update for tranny, my truck would skip from 7th to 9th. Now it wont I tried disconnecting my battery for 30min to reset computer but it still dose the same thing. You would think if it can shift by itself it should be able to double shift through the rest of them. Volvo said they contacted Eaton and found that it could not double shift automatically. Is this right or is someone not helping and charging for it.
