Atlanta would you have a link to any stories or vids of an average day like this. Im guessing the 3 hours tacked on to make it a 14 hour day would be breaks or unloading/loading? Thanks for the help everyone, again totally new to long hauling.

If you want to run the long stuff your days that include loading and unloading will be generally 12 to 14 hours. 16 if you count the Canadian 16 hour window.. on your driving days you should be going to bed roughly 12 hours after you start your day. Learn how to use your time most effectively... Repeat for however far your loads take you, you should be covering 600 to 700 miles per full driving day.

There's no limit on the league hours you can work a day.

The 14 hour rule just limits you to driving up to 11 hours in the first 14 hours you work.

Will you be runnng in Canada or the US?

The rules in Canada are much better for being able to put on the miles without having to screw up your sleep pattern.

The 16 hour window along with the 13 hours driving let you drive the miles while still being able to break for meals and keep a regular sleep pattern.

How many hours worked in a day depends on a lot of factors. 12 to 14 isn't unusual for me but I average 10 to 11 overall.

Well Schneider seems to want a lot of ppl. So I'm trying for them after schooling to at least drive with someone. From what I'm being told Schneider runs all over U.S. and Canada. This is going to be VERY different from driving 20ft Uhauls I'm learning lol.
