Average take home for an o/o

What is it about trucking that makes anyone think its appropriate to ask how much someone makes? I worked in the construction business for years with some rough characters who would talk about anything but in all that time I don't remember anyone ever discussing pay. It was considered bad manners by guys who would piss down the back of your boot if you weren't paying attention.

 

There was a thread that was recently closed that STARTED with this same question. I urge you to seek that thread out and hope that you can find the answers in it to which you are looking for. I am going to close this one as well, you are not likely to get a straight answer now after the sharp change of direction this one has already taken.
