i haven't been able to get anyone to call me back from Henderson after i spoke to someone 2 weeks ago. when i filled out their app it said they and Tennent were owned by Trekker logistics. idk if that is just employment agency type deal or what.

 

Call Henderson and get Recruiting. Ask for Jeane or Victoria.

 

I guess I got a little spoiled at Maverick with this one thing... unpaid time off. I have come across a couple other companies who offer this.
It's where let's say I have a child who is graduating or getting married or even just some other important event... I can request up to 9 days a quarter off for these types of events. If I needed a long weekend for something going on in my family, I put in a request 2 weeks in advance and get that time off ... without pay.
It made it nice to have that kind of 'break' in the routine occasionally.
Averitt doesn't have anything like that.

 

There is an Averitt Express near me in Jackson TN. After my training with SNI, (6 months or so) I plan on jumping over to Averitt. All I hear is good things about them and I got a couple friends that work for them so that helps. Good luck and safe driving.

Do they have driver cameras?

 

Some trucks but none are driver facing
