Now pray tell me, who exactly was at "fault" and why shouldn't their insurance pay??? Does the trucking company get "off". Let an individual get involved in something like this and when it is all over with, he will come away "homeless".

He was obviously going to fast for the curve causing it to roll.being a local driver whom I suspect drives that area daily, the driver should’ve known that taking that curve to fast could result in something like this.
