avoid ATI out of hesperia ca

Drivers avoid going to work for ATI Trucking out of Hesperia CA. They are a low end company who doesnt support their drivers out on the road, they shortchange you on miles,, dont pay layover wages or detention pay. 30 cents a mile across the board for drivers no matter you r experience level. The owner is a complete joke and will not repair ytour truck when needed, wont pay motel dfees when you cant sleep in yopur truck nbut he expects you to do that next 11 hours without fail no matter hhow exhausted you are. Out of five runs the truck broke down on four of those runs leaving me stuck fo up to 6 days and not getting paid. But the owner expects you to be on call to deal with the repair shop personnel but e wont pay you for it. Its a shoddy company, run by a shoddy character who has made a few bucks and now thinks he4 cantreat people any way he chooses to. If you talk to him the same way he talks to his drivers he gets all upset and excited. Then he wont take your calls or texts and wont be at the office when you roll thru. My truck finally got so bad that it was a joke. After my last run he had me drop it of at the repair shop. They took my number and told me they would call me to pick it up. So what happened? You guessed it he had a nother driver go and get my truck after i got it alll sorted out and never gave me the courtesy of a phone call to say he wasnt gonna use me anymore. Yeah they suck pretty bad...funny that theres another post up here stating the same thing. Yeah they got me for another weeks wages when i coulda been findingf a job witha real company. Ah well moving on to bigger and better things. I guess they fired me. #### now i gotta file for UE benefits.......not that it will be approved but it'll give em something to do.
