Yup that's a good reason for me to quit driving, 95% of the companies out here are Punjabi owned

I've got a kid, soon to be wife, and another kid on the way, driving for an out of state carrier would be hard because I wouldn't be home enough to take care of everything at the house, I usally try and go home once every week or bi weekly I don't have the freedom to stay out for months at a time so an out of state carrier would be hard. I was looking in to Frey Miller because I have a friend with him but they expect you to be out for 2 months at time. Coldliner out of Ohio required me to be out for 6-12 weeks at a time just to go home for a 34 hour reset same with Western Express. Not easy when you have a family.

 

Out of the hundred or so companies I talked to maybe 2 or 3 weren't Punjabi. Even the bigger ones like cheema and legend are Punjabi owned
