Im going through a move right now so going back to Western wouldn't work out anyway, plus I have to 2 kids and I'm engaged. It put a lot of stress on my family being gone for 3 months, they made sure I missed every hometime I requested. Got fed up when I had a funeral I was supposed to attend and they didn't even try to get me home for it, got cussed out by my DM when I complained about it. I ran really hard for them and did alot of favors and when I needed something it was always too much trouble

I've had 3 jobs within a year. Western Express, a 1099 Russian company out of Chicago, and now Dhaliwalbros

That sure wont stop you from getting a halfway decent otr job…just apply at other co’s asap and then once approved at company that you choose then bail out.

I'm sorry to hear that and here's the reason why..

I'll tell you what man my first year I definitely didn't think I was going to continue in this profession. In my first two years of driving I took two different sabbaticals totaling almost a year.. but since then after that, something magic happened after 2 years and it's not like that anymore.

Also since I have a CSA score of zero and going on 3 years of experience I don't have any trouble at all finding good jobs with companies that don't withhold paychecks, with companies that don't expect me to drive broken down crap equipment, and companies that don't demand that I violate my hours of service, which I would absolutely will not do.

Put safety first, look out for yourself and after 2 years of experience you can write your own ticket in this industry.

Wow this thread went on for a long time. I did not come on here and take time out of my day to argue in circles about HOS laws, talk about future career moves, what carrier is better, or where I stand in the industry. I came on here to expose how this company treats drivers in hopes that someone considering to drive for them might see this thread and think twice about it. There is very little information on them so it's hard to do any research which makes it easier for a potential applicant to buy the crap the owners Jassi, Sonny, and Jasprit sell but every driver that I've talked to that speaks English is going though the same BS I am with them, and I guarantee they will keep screwing over everyone they put in a seat. That is why I made this thread

That looks like a trifecta of crap jobs. You're supposed to move up the food chain, not make lateral moves from one bad company to another. In this job market it shouldn't be hard to find a decent job unless your driving record is completely trashed. If nothing else go find an LTL carrier in your area to work for and work the dock for a while to get your work history in better shape.

Yeah that doesn’t matter If you had 3 Jobs in a Year, Companies are desperate for drivers. Check out FCC Fremont Contract Carriers out of Nebraska. They have dry van and flatbed division. You will be paid well and respected there. Bro they’re are too many great Companies to be driving for trash Companies

Dang! I was hoping they would be decent.
did your truck have an apu? Did you haul reefer/agriculture out of cali? I just want to confirm U said no direct deposit? It’s 2021, lol. They are smaller than I thought. So their owner ops use 1099?
    TIA and good luck.

Yes my truck has an APU and fridge, also has an inverter so that's a plus. Ya I haul agriculture out of Cali to Texas and the Southeast. No they don't have direct deposit which is absolutely absurd if you ask me for 2021 and the main reason I'm looking for another job.
